Chloe Allason's Inspiring ECF Journey and Our Commitment to Staff Growth

The Northern Schools Trust is delighted to shine a spotlight on the journey of Chloe Allason, a dedicated Maths teacher at Liverpool Life Sciences UTC and The Studio schools. Chloe recently completed her statutory induction period, marking a significant milestone in her career. Her experience stands as a testament to the transformative power of the Early Career Framework (ECF) delivered by Inspire Learning Teaching School Hub (TSH).

The support Chloe received through the ECF, including guidance from her mentor, is a direct reflection of our dedication to professional growth and fostering self-improvement. The robust framework, complemented by online learning from Inspire Learning TSH and University College London (UCL), equipped Chloe with crucial skills in adaptive teaching, enabling her to cater to diverse abilities and the specific needs of pupils with SEND.

Read Chloe's original article in Educate Magazine to find out more about her ECF experience:

" I have definitely developed my resilience. I am now confident that I am good at what I do and I am able to speak up in a professional manner – this is something I don’t think I would’ve done when I first started teaching. I have improved on every teacher standard, but specifically my behaviour management and planning have evolved into what I would now consider best practice. " - Chloe
